Buckman introduces the new proprietary Bubond 408 dry strength chemistry that works more efficiently than traditional dry strength resins due to its significantly higher cationic charge, making it more productive in recycled systems with high conductivity and high dissolved solids.

Use of Bubond 408 can reduce energy costs, increase machine speed, as well as improve drainage and dry strength. The higher solids content of Bubond 408 reduces shipping, handling, and storage costs, and shelf life is comparable to a lower solids product. Bubond 408 has received US FDA 176:170 and 176:180 food contact grade allowance.
