Account Management Programs
The Service Plan Workshop (SPW) is conducted following the transition period to effect the implementation of business standards five through eight. Buckman representatives elicit customer input to establish service requirements and measurements. The highlight of this workshop is the Continuous Improvement Project Prioritization Meeting, where customer representatives categorize, prioritize, and put into action the continuous improvement project ideas discussed during the workshop. The output of the SPW is a Service Plan that includes mutually agreed-to continuous improvement projects.
