The Technical Service Departments in each of these locations provide their own unique function to their customers. The main focus of the Technical Service laboratories is to provide chemical and microbial analysis on samples submitted by sales representatives and customers. In some markets this testing is used to develop new products and/or processes for our customers. Results from these tests are distributed to the requesters in the form of both paper and electronic reports. |
