Buckman Laboratories (Asia) Pte Ltd was established in Singapore on 13 September 1991, which is central to the Asian region in terms of logistical efficiency. The manufacturing plant, offices, and laboratories have been located in Singapore's chemical hub in Tuas since 1997. Our Singapore operations have been awarded certifications for its management system, namely ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment, and OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health & Safety. It was also one out of fewer than 200 companies in Singapore, and the only specialty chemical company, to have been awarded the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) award in the year 1999. The Singapore facility covers 27 countries in the Asian region, serving the pulp & paper, water treatment, leather, and performance chemical industries.
